MEET THE JEWELER
STEPHEN PALMER
With Stephen Palmer, a GIA certified jeweler, your precious pieces couldn't be in better hands. Stephen came onto our team in 2020, bringing with him an amazing 24 years of experience at the bench. He got his start by helping out at his uncle's jewelry store, but it wasn't long before he fell in love with the art of repair and design.
His favorite task is stone setting, a skill he put to great use making his all-time favorite piece: a right hand ring for his wife, featuring dazzling heirloom diamonds and rubies.
When he's not at the bench, Stephen loves to go out boating and fishing on Old Hickory Lake.

DAVIS MEDLEY
Davis Medley joined the Service Jewelry & Repair team in 2021, but she’s been in the jewelry business for eight years. Whether it’s diamonds or Swiss watches, Davis knows her stuff. She’s certified by the Diamond Council of America (DCA), received extensive Swiss watch training, and is always continuing her professional education.
Of course, her connection with our customers is where she truly shines. Her favorite memory made at SJR is of a woman who had recently lost her daughter to a rare childhood cancer.
“Come to find out, I met her daughter over 5 years ago at my previous place. We created a custom ring in memorial of her daughter. It had her daughter’s diamond earrings, diamonds from her cross, and her daughter’s birthstone in the center.“
When she’s not at work, Davis loves spending time with her husband and son and trying out new restaurants.

Ann Wright has been in the jewelry business for over 18 years and is certified by the Diamond Council of America (DCA). We were so excited to bring her on board in the fall of 2023, and she's been making happy customers ever since. Her favorite jewelry designers are LeVian and Effy, two amazing lines we carry in-store!

Woody Pridgen was a loving grandfather and an amazing jeweler who spent over 40 years honing his craft. He touched the lives of many customers with his skills at the bench, and we were truly fortunate to have known him.
