Everyone wants to know their jewelry will look as good as it does today, in a year, or five years. The plan may be transferred once as a gift within the first 90 days of purchase.

When does my coverage start?

Lifetime plan coverage starts on Day 1. Two and three-year plans start on Day 31.

Do I have to have it inspected?

We do not require inspections to obtain service, but we strongly recommend periodic inspections to ensure the security and safety of your jewelry. Your jeweler will guide you.

Is the center stone covered?

Our Lifetime plan covers center diamonds and gemstones.

How do I obtain service?

Simply bring your jewelry back to us at Service Jewelry & Repair, and we will take care of it for you!

What if I move or am no longer near a store?

Centricity and Service Jewelry & Repair are proud to offer service nationwide. You can mail your jewelry to Service Jewelry & Repair or call Centricity's toll-free number 1-800-201-6697 to arrange service.

Is loss or theft covered?

No, we recommend arranging loss and theft coverage through your homeowners or renters insurance.
